Setting and communicating the vision, understanding and mitigating risks, removing barriers and driving timely delivery of results is the team's passion. Included are organizational redesign, acquisition integration, infrastructure and operational process redesign and implementation, and new business strategy implementations. Recent successes have included an initiative to provide “box in a box” distribution services for Amazon, as well as the successful development of Ingram Micro’s professional services strategy.
